VHP Sugar

What is it?

VHP (Very High Polarization) sugar is raw sugar with less moisture and a layer of honey covering its crystals.

What is it used for?

It is used as raw material for the production of refined sugar, sold in supermarkets and used daily in the preparation of sweets, cakes, cookies, breads, and many other products in different cuisines around the world.
