We are certain that the General Law of Data Protection (LGPD) is here to stay and will positively transform the way we deal with personal data in the companies’ routine.

But what changes for the sugar-ethanol sector?

The sector’s companies start to play a fundamental role with the law that brings, mainly, transparence and strengthening of the respect to the rights of private  life and protection of personal information from each individual with which they relate.

Leaders and those led start to have a dialogue, integrating the law to their risk management, and, with that, processes and procedures are strengthened, as well as constant and active governance promoting the theme in all business decisions.

People are our most important assets, and Atvos, as company that values each person, is positioned with a strong policy of privacy and personal data protection, suited to our business reality and purpose.

We should keep our focus on the generation of clean and renewable energy, adding value to the society and communities where we operate, committed to respect and protect what belongs to our members and other stakeholders, their personal data!
